In northeast Texas, Anderson, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Leon, Rains and Van Zandt. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.

Flood Advisory issued April 28 at 6:44AM CDT until April 28 at 9:00AM CDT by NWS Fort Worth TX * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of Bosque, Hill, Ellis and Johnson Counties. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water on roadways is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will likely cause urban and small stream flooding to continue. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Cedar Hill, Waxahachie, Cleburne, Ennis, Midlothian, Glenn Heights, Red Oak, Hillsboro, Alvarado, Clifton, Ovilla, Venus, Ferris, Whitney, Palmer, Italy, Itasca and Grandview. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
