This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Brownwood, Coleman, Ballinger, Early, Santa Anna, Bangs, Blanket, Trickham, Rockwood, Gouldbusk, Voss, Valera, Brookesmith, Winchell, Lake Brownwood, Lake Brownwood Near Thrifty, Leaday, Elm Grove, Lake Brownwood State Park and Camp Bowie. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
