Flood Watch issued June 6 at 2:44PM CDT until June 7 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS San Angelo TX * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Haskell, Jones, Shackelford, Taylor and Throckmorton. * WHEN...Through tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very heavy rainfall fell over portions of the area overnight, and the potential for additional heavy rainfall will persist through tonight. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Flood Advisory issued June 6 at 1:00PM CDT until June 6 at 4:00PM CDT by NWS San Angelo TX * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Shackelford. * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1258 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Up to 1 inch of rain is expected to fall over areas that received very heavy rainfall last night. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
