Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the last hour, in areas that have received upwards of 3 to 4 inches since last night, and which experienced flooding last night and earlier today. Given how saturated the ground is, flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
