IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Greensburg, Jeannette, Latrobe, Irwin, McChesneytown-Loyalhanna, Manor, Youngwood, Derry, West Newton, Lawson Heights, New Stanton, Calumet-Norvelt, North Irwin, Sutersville, Penn, Madison, Arona, Youngstown, Adamsburg and Grapeville. 911 Call Center reported flooding near Youngwood, Hempfield, and Unity. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
