Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Miami... Commerce... Fairland... Quapaw... Welch... Bluejacket... Wyandotte... Picher... Narcissa... Ottawa... Peoria... Cardin... Pyramid Corners... Twin Bridges State Park... In northeast Oklahoma, Craig, Creek, Mayes, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Okmulgee, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western Osage. In southeast Oklahoma, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, McIntosh, Pittsburg and Pushmataha. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of slow-moving, heavy rain producing storms are possible through tonight.
