Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued June 26 at 5:54PM CDT until June 27 at 1:00AM CDT by NWS Norman OK THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 401 IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT SATURDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN OKLAHOMA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 17 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA KINGFISHER LOGAN PAYNE IN NORTHERN OKLAHOMA GARFIELD GRANT KAY NOBLE IN NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA ALFALFA BLAINE DEWEY ELLIS HARPER MAJOR WOODS WOODWARD IN WESTERN OKLAHOMA CUSTER ROGER MILLS THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ALVA, ARNETT, BLACKWELL, BUFFALO, CARMEN, CHEROKEE, CHEYENNE, CLINTON, ENID, FAIRVIEW, FARGO, GAGE, GEARY, GUTHRIE, HAMMON, HELENA, HENNESSEY, KINGFISHER, LAMONT, LAVERNE, LEEDEY, MEDFORD, OKARCHE, OKEENE, PERRY, PONCA CITY, POND CREEK, SEILING, SHATTUCK, STILLWATER, TALOGA, VICI, WAKITA, WATONGA, WEATHERFORD, AND WOODWARD.

Flood Watch issued June 26 at 3:14PM CDT until June 27 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Norman OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northern Oklahoma, including the following counties, Grant, Kay and Noble. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional amounts of one to three inches will create additional flooding issues in the watch area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
