In northeast Oklahoma, Craig, Creek, Mayes, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Okmulgee, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western Osage. In southeast Oklahoma, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, McIntosh, Pittsburg and Pushmataha. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of slow-moving, heavy rain producing storms are possible through tonight. Flood Advisory issued June 23 at 2:48PM CDT until June 23 at 6:00PM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Mayes, Rogers, Tulsa and Wagoner. * WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 248 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Estimates of up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Broken Arrow... Claremore... Pryor... Bixby... Coweta... Pryor Creek... Catoosa...
