Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training thunderstorms today could create swaths of heavy rainfall; areas could experience rainfall totals between 2-4 inches. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
