The strongest winds are forecast over northern areas and the central mountains and highlands Tuesday, then along and east of the central mountain chain again Wednesday. Most lower elevation locations east of the continental divide will experience between 5 and 10 hours of single digit relative humidity values on Tuesday. * AREA AND TIMING...Northwest Plateau (Zone 101), West Central Mountains (Zone 105), Middle Rio Grande Valley (Zone 106), West Central Basin and Range (Zone 109), North Central Mountains (Zone 120), and the Upper Rio Grande and Lower Chama River Valleys (Zone 121) from 10 AM until 9 PM Tuesday. * 20 FOOT WINDS...West 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Between 5 and 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
