The entire Boundary Waters is also included. * WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain showers this afternoon to early evening create a 20 percent chance of mixing down even stronger winds locally gusting to 55 mph today. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
