Memphis and Emmett around 130 AM EDT. Harsens Island around 135 AM EDT. Algonac around 140 AM EDT. St. Clair, Marysville, and Marine City around 145 AM EDT. Port Huron and Lakeport around 150 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include Anchorville, North Street, Roseville, Shelby Township, Lynn Township, Ray Center, Brockway, Utica, Washington, and Fort Gratiot.
