Special Weather Statement issued June 6 at 4:00AM EDT by NWS Gaylord MI Fog, locally dense, will impact portions of eastern upper and northern lower Michigan this morning. Lowest visibilities are expected along the Lake Michigan coast and near the Straits. Visibilities will be reduced down to or below one- quarter mile at times. Conditions will improve by mid morning. Travelers may need extra time to reach their destination this morning. Slow down, and leave extra space between yourself and the vehicle in front of you.
