Flood Warning issued April 28 at 8:43AM CDT until April 28 at 8:45PM CDT by NWS Springfield MO * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Bourbon and Crawford and west central Missouri, including the following county, Vernon. * WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 841 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain that occurred overnight due to thunderstorms. The flooding threat will continue in the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... West Fork Pryor Creek at Blair Road and Clear Creek at Rebel Road. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
