Flood waters expand to 1/4 of mile eastward on Stark Street. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 14.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 23.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away.
