Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties. Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa... North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Rapids. * WHEN...Until early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects the lowest residences in Cedar Bluff. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 11.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 13.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
