Heavy rain may cause temporary street flooding especially in poor drainage areas. Locations impacted include... Dalton, Calhoun, Chatsworth, Varnell, Tunnel Hill, Resaca, Plainville, Ramhurst, Oostanaula, Subligna, Suttles Mill, Rocky Face, Redbud, Lake Marvin, Tilton, Audubon, Mill Creek, Dawnville, Villanow, and Sugar Valley. People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. If you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
