For the second Red Flag Warning, from noon to 10 PM MDT Sunday. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 14 percent. * IMPACTS...Extreme fire danger is expected.
