Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected to redevelop this morning through at least early Thursday over portions of Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas, and North Louisiana, over already saturated soils from heavy rainfall that has fallen over the last several days. These showers and thunderstorms will continue the threat for heavy rainfall and flash flooding.
