Avertizari vremea, Samnakngan Satharanasuk Changwat Trat

พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนัก ลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ในขณะที่มีแนวลมพัดสอบของลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ พัดปกคลุมบริเวณภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ในภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

็Heavy rain risk areas The southwesterly wind prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will strengthen while the confluence of the Southeasterly and Southwesterly overs the North and the Northeast. Meanwhile the low-pressure cell cover the Gulf of Tonkin. More rains and isolated heavy rains are likely in the country while isolated very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Central, the East and the South (west coast). People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially, along waterways and lowlands, and take more caution in thundershowers.
