General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "KIYAPO" was estimated based on all available data at 960 km East of Central Luzon (15.4°N, 130.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Mindanao and the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Basey, Silanga, Calbiga and Jibatan. + **Leyte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Sangputan, Palo, Solano (Quilot), Daguitan Marabang, Cadac-an, Bongquirogon, Salug, Pagbangahan, Pagsangahan and Binahaan. + **Biliran** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Eastern Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Oras, Dolores, Ulot, Taft, Borongan, Suribao, Llorente, Balangiga and Sulat. + **Southern Leyte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bisay, Himbangan and Pandan. + **Northern Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Catarman, Bugko, Pambujan, Catubig, Palapag, Mawo and Gamay. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
