Flood Advisory issued May 28 at 3:18PM CDT until May 28 at 7:15PM CDT by NWS Milwaukee/Sullivan WI * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, Milwaukee and Racine. * WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 318 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Milwaukee, Racine, West Allis, Greenfield, Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, Cudahy, Greendale, St. Francis, Franklin, Wind Point and Caledonia. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
