In east central Minnesota, Scott. In south central Minnesota, Le Sueur. * WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 107 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... New Prague, Belle Plaine, Jordan, Le Sueur, Gaylord, Arlington, Henderson, Green Isle, Helena, New Auburn, Heidelberg, Mn Valley State Rec Area, New Rome, Minnesota Valley State Recreation Area and St Benedict. - High Island Creek is still running high from last week's rain, and may rise again this afternoon.
