Heavy Rain Risk Area มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันตอนบน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเกิดขึ้นได้บางพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งบริเวณภาคเหนือ สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณภาคเหนือระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
