In Utah, Southeast Utah. * WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. These winds will occur during a period of critical fire weather making any fire starts difficult if not impossible to contain. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 10 PM MDT Wednesday. * WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts 35 to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 13 percent. * IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise extreme caution with any outdoor burning. A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
