It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasionally heavy rains . WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **La Union** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Amburayan, Baroro, Lower Bauang and Aringay. + **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta. Maria, Buaya, and Amburayan. + **Pangasinan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balincaguing and Alaminos. + **Ilocos Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bulu, Banban, Bacarra-Vintar, Laoag and Quiaoit. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to be alert for possible flashfloods and landslides.
